The tent sauna is genuine and easy to assemble.
The set-up package also includes firewood and fire to get you started.
We are working to ensure that you can use our products with peace of mind.

If you can use a tent or a fire that is not an open flame, you may use it, but it is at the discretion of the campground.

One hour per bundle is the standard. However, it depends on the type of firewood, environment, and speed of dropping.

As for rain, it is available. If it is windy, it is dangerous and cannot be rented.
In order to make everyone’s use of the sauna as comfortable as possible, SaunaLink charges a 50% cancellation fee starting 3 days prior to the use of the sauna. However, if we decide to cancel due to strong winds or other weather conditions, no fee will be charged.
We will make every effort to ensure that you have the best sauna experience possible.

Firewood, fuel, lighters, etc. are available for sale or rent, but you may also bring your own. For a more comfortable stay with non-rental equipment, outdoor chairs and other seating are recommended (chairs in the sauna tent, chairs for outdoor air cravings). Wind is the most important factor to consider when using a tent sauna. If the wind speed exceeds 10 meters per second, or if you feel threatened during use, stop immediately. Otherwise, please use your best judgment.
Safety and security come first, so please have the courage to cancel the tour in the event of bad weather. If you are forced to make a decision to cancel, no fee will be charged.
*If you cancel in the middle of the tour after you have rented it out, you will be charged a fee.

Depending on your environment, the weather, and the quality of the firewood, the temperature will range from 80 to 100 degrees Celsius.

Please use tools carefully as you will be reimbursed for broken parts and merchandise.

Currently, we accept cash, bank transfer (payment in advance), and credit card (paypal) as payment methods.
We can issue invoices and receipts, so please feel free to ask us if you need one.

Basically, there is no additional charge.
However, in the event of loss of equipment, etc., we have had to ask for reimbursement.
